Another October passes…

Well, another October came and went. Here are a few shots from my the last day of my trip. Puck retrieved that grouse right to me and then paused for some pics. Looks like the bird was feeding on apples.

The color have faded now and leaves are down. Deer season is in full swing and I’ve left the woods to them. I’ll stay out until December – the start of the second season. IF the snow holds off, it’s the best time to hunt grouse.
