SCARCE CLAMSHELL EJECTOR 32-40 WIN: Serial # 11xx, circa 1927. An excellent and unusual, bouquet and scroll engraved clamshell double rifle in a scarce chambering. Scalloped boxlock ejt with cocking indicators, cheekpiece, RN PG, fine checkering, horn FE tip and swivels with 14″LOP. It remains tight on face and in excellent condition throughout. Load developed by Ken Owen with the signed test target included stating “Heym 32-40 Clamshell action double / 50 yds / 28 grs. 3031 / 170 gr. Speer flatnose bullet / (signed) Ken Owen / 2-28-13”.
